Served from our locations in both Egypt and Kuwait (and soon from other countries too), we provide our customers with fully managed call center services so we take the hassle of hiring the staff, training and managing them, to preparing the location, the software, the hardware, the call center supervision, the workforce management and scheduling, the quality assurance embedded in managing the call centers and we give access to our customers to the required reports to oversee the whole performance of the call center.
