Yasser Muzaffar – Operations Manager, has acquired a great deal of knowledge in the credit card business during his 13 years of employment with two Kuwaiti banks covering the Customer Service, Chargebacks & Risk Management, Accounting & settlement, Authorizations, and Merchant Acquisition units. He has also played a key role in the planning, testing and implementing of different credit card management systems for both banks. |
